Characteristics:
(1) The power of chief axis uses steples speed regulating system ,so they can be controlled to regulate speed.The round knife with no speed but matched with good fabric speed so that can achieve the best cutting quality.
(2) Accurately step-by-step system in the manipulation station is used to control the cutting width with precision ball-screw and sliding rail,so precise cutting can be achieved.
(3) Cutting strips uses lever-propelling means and the cutting feed speed is controlled by manual.
(4) The operation interface uses LCD Chinese/English display screen,and the cutting width,quantity and action set can be directly entered with manual or automatic convertion.Mitsubishi PLC programmable controller is used to achieve automatic cutting.
