Equipment for Single, Poly-crystal Solar Cell

• By cell structure, the solar cell can be divided into crystalline silicon and thin film solar cell.
  For the poly-crystal solar cell, the supply of silicon as its raw material ran out and growth rate has slowed down temporarily as demand increased. To address this problem, studies focus on the thin film poly-crystal solar cell for a thinner silicon substrate and the maximization of energy conversion efficiency.
  The technology of treating the surface that absorbs photochemical energy is quite important in improving energy conversion efficiency. Such type of precise surface treatment process requires dry etching technology that can treat several large area substrates at the same time.
• JUSUNG ENGINEERING developed the dry etching equipment and PECVD equipment for treating a number of wafers using precise large area plasma control technology as well as highly efficient PECVD SiN deposition equipment.

• Since the amorphous silicon solar cell manufacturing process is almost the same as the TFT-LCD manufacturing process, the platform technology in the LCD industry serves as a very important factor in dominating the amorphous silicon solar cell industry.
