BizHard is a Web Hard service for office that helps successful co-work and communication in the company by providing integrated working environment.
Web Hard doesn't have only the function of storage, but also the function of sharing data among co-worker. Moreover You can access your E-mail through BizHard Web Mail hosting, and mail hosting service through company domain.
This product will help the company to communicate with co-workers through Business messenger which is connected with Organization tree. It will be convenient to share data and co-work with intranet feature.
1. Web Hard
- Group Disk
Provide Optimized Group Disk space for team and department cooperation. - Guest Folder
Possible to use Guest Folder to share data with external partner, HQ and branches. The manager can allow users the authority to upload, download, delete, etc. - Link Mail
Despite the limited capacity of addressee’s e-mail, any big-sized files can be attached and delivered in the form of link using Link Mail function. - Web Link
Able to copy URL link for uploaded file in Web Hard. - Backup
Able to set up sections of the PC or schedule (ex: daily/weekly/monthly) to back up. Able to backup the data restore in case of file loss.
2. Web Mail hosting
- Use Company Domain as Web Mail account without specific Mail Server setup. (ex: ID
Company Domain) - If there is no company domain, BizHard e-mail address can be created.
- Use web Mail by Program with POP3 link(ex: Outlook)
- Spam mail will be checked by the real-time monitoring of BizHard spam.
- Possible to send e-mail using the address book
3. Business Messenger
- If administrators add or delete the user of messenger, it applies for all users.
- Includes necessary functions for business such as messaging, remote control, paint program, file delivery, sending a note, etc.
4. Internal board
- Able to manage the internal board efficiently by grouping of the internal board.
- Able to set access permissions of the user.
