We have listed Italian Pasta produced in Tuscany exclusively generated from hard wheat. There are a lot of categories: long, short, curved, lined, broth pasta, egg pasta and our Special Pasta made throygh a Trafilatura a Bronzo method. At them correspond a more famous classification as Spaghetti, Penne, Farfalle, Conchigle...

Also we have llsited psta porduced in Sicily along with the family traditions hading down from parents to their sons. Its limited porduction is not able to shadow its quality.
