Located in Incheon, SUN & I developed a technology for combining cottonseed with silver and charcoal powder to produce “cotton mesh heat emitter.”

The patented technology helps convert electricity into far-infrared ray, a form of solar energy that radiates heat. The radiation penetrates deep into human body, effectively eliminating waste matter and alleviating stress.

The technology has been applied to various products, including far-infrared radiation sauna, hot pack, heater mat, foot bath and bed. These products have been distributed in hospitals and department stores, and exported to Japan.

The U.K. buyer set strict requirements, as the product is supposed to be beneficial for human health. The buyer demanded certification that guarantees the product is not harmful to human body, and asked detailed questions about how the technology works, and what kind of parts and materials are used for the cotton mesh heat emitter.

The matching specialist and SUN & I worked together to provide relevant documents and answer those questions.

The negotiation took about two months, and the buyer finally placed a sample order. After verifying the samples firsthand, the buyer decided to strike a formal deal with SUN & I, and put forward detailed demands.
