A buyer from the Middle East had a business meeting with the matching specialist of tradeKorea, who participated in the exhibition, at the Big 5 International Building & Construction Show in November, 2013. The buyer from the Middle East complained about the quality of product supplied from his Chinese business partner. Then, he expressed his interest in Korean company by saying that he was looking for a Korean manufacturer.

JE FLEX is the company who frequently uses the online matching service via tradeKorea. The company participated in the show and actively took part in the consultation meeting with the buyer and the matching specialist. The buyer was touched by such gesture and invited the matching specialist of tradeKorea and JE FLEX to the family dinner and continued the long consultation.

After came back to Korea, the matching specialist of tradeKorea constantly provided online communication service between JE FLEX and the buyer at the Middle East. Afterwards, the buyer visited the factory of JE FLEX located in Korea in March, 2014.

The buyer easily acknowledged the excellence of made in Korea product but hesitated to sign a contract due to the big price gap between JE FLEX and his previous business partner in China. However, after the closer support of matching specialist at tradeKorea and JE FLEX’s continuous explanation and negotiation, the buyer finally signed the exclusive contract with JE FLEX.
