Following the success of the three previous seasons from Double Layer Over Velvet series, Double Layer Over Velvet season 4 with the concept “Sweet Tangerine” presents a unique combination of the special “Double Layer” texture and an addition of Vitamin C extracted from Jeju tangerine.

This new recipe helps keep the lips nourished and moisturized with a juicy semi-glossy shine effect, which is a key advantage compared to the previous seasons.

Design:

• The lip tint is transparent and sturdy, covered in matte, creating a luxurious, elegant and trendy look.

• The logo Black Rouge is engraved on the body of the lip tint to help see the color inside.

• Compact and convenient to carry to work, school or travel.

• With a square tip head rounded at the edges, it makes applying lip tint easier. The amount of lip tint is also more appropriately controlled, avoiding the situation that too much lip tint comes out.
