In our own beautiful, clean and abundant farms, fruits such as blueberry fruits, green grapes, apples, and raspberry straws are strictly produced by organic methods and made into wine again. In addition to the excellent quality of our flavorful wine, our wine's secret is hidden in its unique fermentation technology and aging technology. Our wine is aged in a traditional breathing jar called "Onggi," not oak, which discharges fermentation impurities outside but does not allow outside things to come in. This process is a special and important manufacturing process in Korea that makes the taste of wine subtle through aging, not "storage."
APPLE OAK WHITE, MEDIUM DRY
This wine, made specialty apples from the upper reaches of Chungju Lake, which have maintained a nice reputation as the best apples in Korea for half a century, is aged for 36 monthes and then aged in oak barrels for 9 to 13months. Its refreshing apple aroma and acidity, along with the aftertaste of vanilla, cinnamon, and honey, make it a "proud local liquor" that goes well with traditional Korean food and is loved by aficionados.
