put this cooling massager in the freezer for at least 3 hours at the first use. Coldness lasts 20-30minutes after taken out from the freezer. 

The aluminum massage (refrigerant plate) part can be safely applied to the skin with anodizing

Give a rub massage to the area you want or acupressure massage focusing on blood points.

Massage the applied area with a soothing gel or cream to make it softer and more effective.

After use, wipe it clean with a wet tissue, alcohol, or water.  And dry it before you take it back to freezer. 

When storing the product in the freezer, you can use it more hygienically if you store it in a zipper bag.
