1) We apply AMS contactless Hall-based magnetic position sensor IC matching with the drive shaft to provide high-precision position signals. We patent this technology.
Over a full turn of 360° of the magnetic rotor, the sensor will sample a 1024 PMW output signal. So the precision of our indicator is at least 10 times of competing brands, which can theoretically show 0.001mm of die height if required. Integral-forming aluminum alloy housing avoids the infiltration of oil dirt and water.
2) The PCB is sealed with a special protective coating to double ensure stability under strong vibration when the press machine works.
3)We replace the copper sleeve with two rolling bearings, avoid the radial and axial shake, and reduce the abrasion of the drive shaft. The innovative oil seal will prevent oil dirt and water.
4) We creatively adopt NFC technology wireless remoter to set the parameter of shut height easily, and upper and lower limit value. Meanwhile, it prevents improper parameter setting by unauthorized personnel.
No buttons on the PCBA, and no risk of error signal caused by strong vibration(Pass SGS 30G vibration tests). All parameters are pre-set on the remoter and put close to the indicator and emit. Done!
