The Metallic Puff PU has a stuning shiny color in HTV, creating eye-catching 3D effects with a glossy finish.

It is a foaming vinyl that makes a self-expansion by heat pressing so it provides voluminous effect on stretchable garment.

Also, Metallic Puff PU lends a gleaming effect, allowing the creation of vibrant and standout designs.

The puffiness and color brightness can be altered depending on the heat pressing conditions.

Additionally, you may apply an extra press based on the heat press conditions and the colors used.

◆ NOTE

- Metallic Puff PU is suitable for Stretchable fabric.

- It may not be puffed up well if the design cut is too large.

- Due to the characteristic of Metallic Puff PU, color variation between rolls could occur.

Transfer Conditions and How To USE of Metallic Puff PU  

 NB: The plotter machine settings should be adjusted based on the age and brand of the machine.

NB: Please be advised that you may apply additional press based on the heat press conditions and the colors used.

We highly recommend performing a test before proceeding with standard production.

* Suitable for Cotton, Polyester, mixtures of Polyester/Cotton, Acrylic & similar textiles. 

   But not suitable for Nylon or coated fabrics. 

* Heat press testing prior to the use is strongly recommended as puffing results may vary depending on the heat press conditions.

Washing Conditions 

- Temperature: 40℃

- Mode: Wool washing 

- Wash inside out 

- Avoid tumble drying 

- Can be household ironed inside out

- Do not bleach
