What is Stayve Seanergy Peel?

It is a treatment that uses prickles of Coral Calcium, which is rich in minerals, also called FCR (Fractional prickle coral Calcium Regeneration) Peel. Here, the prickles of Coral Calcium are called “Spicule”. The Spicule’s micro-particles, which are core ingredients for the peeling effect, are extracted from natural seaweed and penetrate into the dermis layer of the skin, operating for 36 to 48 hours. The spicule that is penetrated into the dermis stimulates the skin and makes fine wounds on the skin. During this process, the dormant dermal cells wake up and attack the spicule to protect the skin. As the spicule activates the movement of the dermal cells, the regeneration cell, white blood cells, red blood cells, hemoglobin, increase in oxygen, and the activation of cells promotes the synthesis of collagen and elastin, so that make the environment that skin can recover by themselves. Rather than unnatural exfoliating effects, it helps to restore the original health of the skin by peeling off dead skin cells for 3 days by natural skin activation. You can mix Stayve Seanergy Peel Powder and Solution mix to start peeling. The depth of peeling is determined by the intensity of rubbing and the duration of the massage.

How to use?

1) Preparation

Cleanse your face by using Stayve Mild Cleansing Milk. Refine your skin by applying or spraying Stayve Hydtrading Rose Toner.

After refining your skin, apply anesthetic cream and after 30 minutes, wipe away clearly before you begin the treatment.

Mix Seanergy Peel Powder and Seanergy Peel Solution.

• Strong Peeling : Powder 1.3g + Solution 8ml
• Medium Peeling : Powder 0.65g + Solution 4ml
• Mild Peeling : Powder 0.4g + Solution 2.5ml

* Recommended amount for one-time facial usage, treatment interval – The amount can vary by skin type.

2) Treatment

The treatment goes by cheek-> forehead, and nose accordingly.

Apply the mixed solution and lightly press; this action is called "Rubbing". At this moment, take around 2 ~ 3 minutes per area, reapply the solution during the "Rubbing", and proceed precisely.

After "Rubbing" is done, repeat pressing the entire treated area.

* Do not attempt "Rubbing" strongly on the sensitive skin such as eyes and mouth area, but lightly press it.

3) Removing the residue

Use a damp sponge or gauze to wipe off any residue from the skin’s surface. Be careful not to wipe strongly as the effect of the microparticles may decrease.

* It is normal to feel the tingling of other substances stuck on the face.

4) Finish

Put on a mask sheet to soothe and moisturize irritated skin. It is good to make the mask pack cold before using it.

Precautions

- Sunscreen must be applied when you go out after getting the treatment. (Freckles or pigmentation might occur when exposed to the sunlight without applying sunscreen.)

- Pay attention to the hygiene of hands before and after the treatment.

- It is natural for the skin to tingle when rubbing or after rubbing (around 1 ~ 2 days).

- The skin might be itchy when granulating after the treatment.

- Lightly cleanse your face a day after the treatment. Do not use cleansers that contain exfoliating ingredients such as scrubs, AHA, BHA, and etc.

- Avoid sports, spa, sauna or food that makes you sweat. (Especially alcohols are prohibited.)

- Avoid functional cosmetics such as whitening/anti-wrinkles that contain retinol as an ingredient.

- Not recommended for people with the severely thin skin layers.

Q & A

1) Will I be able to see the effect with just one session of treatment?

The skin brightens and the skin circulation happens due to the micro-particles after one session, and you’ll be able to see improved skin condition after 5 ~ 7 days. But, this can vary by an individual’s skin condition and usage strength.

2) How often can I use?

When rubbing is done with proper pressure and time, you can use it in 8 week intervals. When the exfoliating is noticeably proceeding with wide ranges of area, it is better to do the next treatment after 10 weeks.

3) Can I use it on the other areas than face?

It is ideal to use on the front of the chest, back, and arms where there are troubles. But do not use it on areas with scars or bad infections.

4) The redness lasts very long. How should I take care of it?

It is natural when redness happens after the peeling. Drink a lot of water and avoid alcohol and sports that make you sweat a lot for around 5 days after the treatment. However, if the redness continues for more than 48 hours, or if it gets worse, consult with the dermatologist immediately.

5) Is it possible to not see any dead skin cells appear? How much exfoliation appears?

The exfoliation might not happen depending on the skin age and skin layers’ thickness.

Oily skin or skin with thick skin layers tends to exfoliate more, while dry skin or skin with thin skin layers tends to exfoliate less. Mild peeling is recommended for the skin with thin skin layers.

6) Can I use it when my skin is sensitive?

It can be used for sensitive skin too unless they are allergic to spicule. This product is not to make the skin sensitive, but to improve it, and therefore making your skin healthy.
