Suggested Use

Buldak Chicken (Extreme spicy fried chicken, 불닭치킨)

"1. Mix 20g of Mild Marinade Mix and 100ml water to 1kg chicken meat and massage.

2. Let it sit and marinate for 2 hours at a cold temperature.

3. Predust with Crispy Batter Mix, then dip in the batter solution(100ml water + 180g Crispy Batter Mix) 

4. Bind with Crispy Batter Mix and shake off the batter dust to make curl patterns.

5. Deep-fry at 180'C till fully cooked and golden brown.

6. Mix or brush on 50~150g of Buldak Sauce to cooked chicken.

7. For people with low tolerance to spice, add mozzarella cheese on top and melt using an oven or blowtorch.  "

Buldak BBQ Chicken (Extreme spicy BBQ chicken, 불닭 치킨바베큐)

"1. Mix 20g of Mild Marinade Mix and 100ml water to 1kg chicken meat and massage.

2. Let it sit and marinate for 2 hours at a cold temperature.

3. Fully cook chicken in oven or on a charcoal grill.

4. Brush Buldak Sauce on cooked chicken and cook for an additional 2~5 minutes.

5. For people with low tolerance to spice, add mozzarella cheese on top and melt using an oven or blowtorch."

Extreme Mayo Dip (Extreme spicy mayo sauce, 붉닭마요소스)

1. Mix 50g of Buldak Sauce with 80~150g of mayo until well combined.
