- The ALUBE™ series uses synthetic ester as base material
- By using synthetic ester as base material, it has excellent high-temperature stability, and it is stable for oxidation and thermal decomposition.
- The even particle distribution of synthetic esters protects the dies and capstan and softens the surface of the wire material.
- As a characteristic of synthetic esters, polarity forms a strong oil film on the surface of wire material
- A strong oil film exhibits strong tension and shows higher lubricity and lower energy consumption.
- The polarity of synthetic esters also disperses contaminants with high solubility and dispersion forces.
- Synthetic ester wire drawing lubricants can be used for a longer period with higher flash points and lower evaporation.
