PINA™ NA Extraction Kit could efficiently isolate genomic DNA of tissue and cells using a special capture solution that has been developed with patent technology. As inhibitors are completely removed, extracted DNA could be used for PCR, qPCR and digital PCR experiments.

Diatom-based matrix system was designed to extract nucleic acids with high yield from samples.

Nucleic acid is captured by the matrix and extracted through pH-dependent chemical charge.
