PINA™ Z-buffer was designed to perform lysis and bacteria and extraction of nucleic acids fast and easily. The isolated nucleic acids could be purified to be used for PCR, qPCR, and digital PCR experiments. As PINA™ Z-buffer could perform lysis of fungi and lysis at room temperature, using heating devices are unneeded. When used together with commercially available kits extraction efficiency of nucleic acids could be boosted.

- Lysis is performed using nonoparticles : Unique nonoparticles are used for easy and fast lysis.

-Can be used alone or in combination : Z-buffer alone is sufficient for lysis of fungi and bacteria. But you may consider using in combination with other commercial products in order to in crease lysis efficiency.

- Lysis is performed at room temperature : Heating is unneeded for lysis.
