Product Information
Semi-dried fish
The proud squid of Seoul Deokjang is only one caught in the coastal waters in autumn and winter and it is trimmed and dried using a 60-year-old traditional method. We are proud that it is different from frozen squid sold at a low price in the market
The squid of Seoul Deokjang is chewy and soft, and the more you chew, the sweeter it gets. Squid is a good food for skin beauty, prevention of aging, and improvement of memory, especially because it contains taurine, which promotes the regeneration of liver cell and helps to recover from fatigue.
Semi-dried fish
Firmly dried fish which is dried by trimming fresh-caught fish is called Ppuddeuki in the Abai village dialect.
As the fishy smell is reduced while drying, the fishy smell is lessened, the texture is more chewy, and the savor is added.
