As a chef with many years under my belt, I have used a wide variety of chef supplies in the kitchen.
I have encountered many superior products that enhanced the value of the meal being made.
In contrast, I have seen many with elegant designs that were not very ergonomic.
I have seen many products that failed to consider the chef's perspective.
But why? The discomfort I felt then remained within me like a problem I had to solve.
The thought stayed with me for years until I met chefs who felt the same way I did.
We began tackling the problem together. 
As a result, we launched Carrit, the brand specifically made for chefs.
