#1_ORCA Olive Pro Mask

Olive Pro Mask is manufactured in Korea with patented technology that treats anti-viral agent). The solution is embedded on 7 denier high density fabric using nylon 6.6 tread. Olive Pro mask is effective against corona virus; we tested with Sars-cov2, a live covid 19 cell and proved 99.99% of extinction of Covid-19 virus within 10 minutes. It is classified as type 2R surgical mask and with CE and FDA marks.

Feature

• Three-layer structure -antiviral outer layer/melt brown filter of KF94 standard/ non-woven spun bond of inner layer. 
• Deflects sprays or aerosols to prevent pathogens from penetrating.
• Sterilization of pathogens proven - MRSA, Staph, C-Diff, VRE, E.Coli, Norovirus, H1N1 and influenza A&B sampled on the fabric were killed.
• Virucidal agent applied to whole mask including the ear band.
• Deodorizing effect- as splashes and bacteria from the wearer don’t culture on the mask fabric, it removes bad breath.
• Multiple use (4-5 days) due to antiviral concentration and deodorizing effect.

2. Lab tested by Biosafety Center of Medical School, Korea University
    (research lab specializing in testing virucidal and biosafety class 3 materials).
3. CE-Type ⅡR tested-passed standards of type ⅡR mask. CE certification issued Jan 5th. 
4. Registered with FDA as surgical apparel.
5. Droplets filtration test, dust removal efficiency test and skin allergic reaction test passed. 
6. International environmental protection certified: Protx2 av is currently registered with US EPA, UK BPR, European ECHA/REACH, Taiwan EPA, Chinese GB standard, Japanese SEK, Oeko-TEX and ZDHC.
