The automatic circuit breaker testing equipment is able to evaluate the integrity of the circuit breaker in real time by automatically performing all measurements and tests required for maintenance of air circuit breakers and vacuum circuit breakers in thermal power plants, hydroelectric power plants, wind power plants and nuclear power plants.

The automatic circuit breaker testing equipment can automatically measure more than 30 tests suchh as main circuit contact resistance, the insulation resistance, the various coil resistance (input solenoid coil, trip solenoid coil, anti-pump relay, UVTA, motor coil), the time measurement (input time, open time, chattering time) and test the undervoltage test (voltage and time measurement), Minimum voltage operation test (measurement of input minimum voltage and trip minimum voltage), and OCR test (long-time, short-time and instantaneous pickup current and time measurement) which are essential measurements for circuit breakers.

This testing equipment is capable of diagnosing damage and defects for circuit breakers by setting reference values for various measured values during the various measurements, test, and performance evaluation, and can prevent further circuit breaker damage by displaying more than 20 warning pop-up windows.

The test equipment has a user-friendly GUI program that enables real-time visibility of all actions and test progress on one screen and can change the performance evaluation criteria according to various breaker models.

The test equipment can diagnose the integrity of the equipment with its own diagnostic program, all measured data are stored automatically. It can analyze the history and trend of measurements by the test graphs of the test items and print the result reports on-site.
