When discharging the powder contained in a big bag, this facility inserts the inlet of the bag between the tube and the inner wall, and when air is supplied to the

tube, the tube expands and the inlet of the bag is in close contact with the inner

wall to the outside when discharging the powder. 

This is a facility that discharges so that it does not scatter.

Current application examples include processes in which powders that are 

oxidized when in contact with air contact the human body and cause burns, 

and processes of discharging acidic powders contained in large bags, such as

the safety of workers and other components should not be mixed. It is applied 

to manufacturing and processing raw materials for secondary batteries.

1. A function to remove scattered powder by installing suction hoods such as 

    the upper, left and right sides, and lower surfaces to prevent contact with

    the human body

2. A scattering prevention cover is applied to prevent the powder from 

    scattering outside, and a special glove is used to prevent contact with the

    human body during manual work to consider worker safety box.

3. Smoothly discharge the powder inside the Big Bag by using a massage 

    cylinder Letting function.

4. In order to block the scattering of powder after opening the big bag, the 

    inlet of the bag is in close contact with the air tube expansion during the 

    powder discharge operation.
