The Virus Detection Kit for 2019-nCoV is a one-step real-time RT PCR kit to detect and identify RdRP and E genes that causes the newest strain of the corona virus. Beta CoV and 2019-nCoV can be distinguished and diagnosed, by using two types of primer mixes per sample. RdRP Mix Specifically detects 2019-nCoV, while E gene Mix detects Beta CoV, including 2019-nCoV. ND COVID-19 Detection Kit contains enzumes and reaction components required for cDNA synthesis and PCR amplification, for easy detection of RT-PCR reaction through one step of adding RNA Template and Primer, Probe (Primermix), reducing contamination. Taqman Probe allows faster, more reliable and accurate analysis.
