Fried seafood and vegetable for 1-2 servings.

Ingredients : Unshelled prawns, Vegetables (eggplant, mushroom or carrot etc.) sliced in 2 "by 3", 1 cup of Woomtree tempura powder, 1 cup of cold water, Oil for frying

Step 1. Mix Woomtree tempura powder and cold water in a bowl.
Step 2. Coat prawns and vegetables with Tempura mixture and leave it for 3 minutes.
Step 3. Deep fry it at 170-180'C (338-356'F)
Step 4. Serve immediately with woomtree sauce.
