Oil-Mon Sensor

Particle and water contamination of used oil is the most deadly source of contamination. It generates abnormal wear of the equipment and malfunction of the hydraulic system. Particularly, water contamination brings abnormal wear of the equipment caused by corrosion and destruction of the lubricating film. Also, water contamination badly affects the lubricating oil itself and additives, so it must be strictly controlled and removed.

Oil-Mon Sensor diagnosesand monitors  status of degradation, particle and water contamination of used oil in real time, which detects four factors by single sensor. Therefore, it is very important to find out root  cause and take prompt action at early stage.
