In the case of a general bag filter dust collector, when dust with strong adhesion / adsorption is inhaled, the dust adheres to the outside of the filter, which causes the filter to be clogged early and to lower the efficiency of dust collection.

The IBF series is designed to suck air containing contaminants and push them into the filter so that the dust falls from the inside of the filter into the dust box and the purified air is discharged outside the filter.

This product maximizes the efficiency of dust collection for highly adhesive / adsorptive dust or lightweight dust.

In the case of a general bag filter dust collector, it is an upward airflow type in which air moves to the fan through the filter. This type of dust collector has a low dust collecting efficiency because dust is scattered when dust having a light specific gravity is sucked.  The IBF series is designed to push air containing contaminants into the filter to prevent dust from spilling. This product maximizes the dust collection efficiency of light dust.

The IBF series maximizes the efficiency of dust collection by spraying high-pressure air inside the filter at regular intervals by the Air Pulse Jet System.

Applications

The IBF series has excellent dust collection efficiency for collecting dust with high adsorption or low specific gravity, such as Styrofoam dust, paper dust, fine wood dust and fiber dust.

Automatic filter cleaning system (Air Pulse Jet System)

The air pulse Jet system automatically blasts high-pressure air for dedusting the filters, which increases dust collection efficiency, enables 24/7 operation, and extends filter life.  The operating time of the air pulse jet system can be adjusted at the operator's discretion.

Digital monitoring and control system

This product features a digital monitoring and control system that enables monitoring and controlling of the differential pressure at the filters, the replacement cycle of the filters, and the operation of the air pulse jet system. The digital monitoring and control system also automatically detects the cleaning and replacement cycles of the filters, and prompt them with alarm sound or lamp, so that customers can use the product safely and conveniently.

High-efficiency fans of dedicated design

This product features strong suction force and low-noise operation, because it has high-durability high-efficiency turbo fans.

Digital differential pressure gauge

This gauge enables the identification of contaminants, replacement timing of the filters, etc., so that the operator can manage it safely and conveniently.

Automatic shut-off function for equipment protection

When it is necessary to replace or clean the filters, this function automatically shuts off the product for protecting it, and sounds buzzer for alarming.   (In this case, the product operation is resumed when the filters are replaced or cleaned.)

Easy maintenance

This product is designed for easy maintenance by mounting the devices requiring maintenance such as the filters, the air pulse valves, and the air tanks to the front of the product. In addition, the filters can be replaced easily without any tool.

Automatic dedusting function after operation

After the operation of the product is completed (fan motor off), the air pulse jet system automatically cleans the filters, which increases dust collection efficiency, and extends filter life. (The dedusting time can be adjusted.)

High scalability

Easy disposal of dust

This product is designed to have a structure that collects dust removed from the filters in a drawer-type dust box or a cylindrical one-touch detachable box installed at the bottom of the product, which enables easy disposal of dust without worries about secondary contamination.
