Introduction

In domestic rubber industries, polymer has been developed for rubber improvement and focused on its qualities. On the other hand, inorganic materials and compounds were not developed.

Therefore, we have developed inorganic compounds for rubber filler and we have successfully producing our owned brand name K-AZO as the additive for increasing of the cure rate with the new technique and process. This product with better activity, lower impurity, and modified particle structure can be used as the filler in the rubber industries instead of the typical zinc oxide powder.

Characteristics

- Activity improvement

K-AZO produced by the special wet-process has the mean particle size 0.3μm. Therefore, it improves the activity during reaction with rubber because of the larger surface area.

- Increasing reinforcement

K-AZO improves the mechanical properties of the rubber after curing because it forms the net work structure reinforced with fine particles.

- Improving dispersion

K-AZO enhances the dispersion during reaction with rubber because it consists of fine particles with the positive surface charge.

- Reducing the aging rate and preventing the decolorization

K-AZO reduces effectively the aging rate and prevents the decolorization because it was obtained with low contents of impurity throughout the wetprocess and perfect refining process.

- Increasing the workability

K-AZO improve the workability with polymer during curing because it has isotropic structure.

1. Mold rubber products including rubber shoes, band, ball, toys, and etc.

2. Bicycle tires, tubes, papers and plastic products.
