Product Information
High-Throughput Real-Time Quantitative PCR system(Exicycler™ 384) can simultaneously detect 384 wells. Their light sensitivity and accuracy have been enganced by using the BIONEER's patented Light Tunnel("LT") technology and florescence detection techonology utilizing polarized light. Additionally, the Ct deviation between wells have been drastically reduced, allowing to accurate anlayze fluorescence values without the normalization step using the reference dyes.
