U&I Corporation was established in 1993 and was the first Korean company
to design and manufacture orthopedic products. Today, U&I dedicates more than
35% of its personnel to R&D and Quality Management and invests 20%
of its total annual sales into research and development to fulfill its mission
of providing innovative medical solutions. 

Since 1993, U&I has developed top quality products like our External Fixator, 
Pedicle Screw, Anterior Cervical Plate,Interspinous Fixation system,
Intramedullary Locking Nails, and Ankle Locking Nail Systems.
By constantly striving to improve our technology and the market,
our team of engineers have developed two First-in-World products: 
-Navigableplasma disc decompression catheter (L’Disq)
-Bioresorbable Metal (Resomet).
