Discharge Binder PRD-200 is binder for pigment discharge printing for natural fabrics. 

Discharge printing is effective in clear expression on fabric. 

This makes possible discharging process in pigment printing. 

Our product doesn't require post-processing like general pigment printing

It's non-ion so it has high compatibility with other finishing agent. 

Also, it soften fabric's touch and has good fastness of color

(Process) 

1) Dyed fabric->Print(paste)->Dry(120℃ ×2~3min)->Steaming(102℃ ×10min.)->Washing

2) Dyed fabric->Print(paste)->Dry(120℃ ×2~3min)->Curing(160~170℃ ×1min.)->Washing  * Both 1) and 2) processes are possible

(Features) Discharge Binder PRD-200U has excellent soft touch, 

fastness, working ability, clear color.

(Caution) It must be stored in the not frozen condition.
