DESCRIPTION

CS-106 Winshield is a specially formulated copolymer protective coating used
in place of windows frames, glass, bathtub, plywood, plastic faced formwork, 
moulds prior to casting concrete, to ensure a clean release and protective purpose.

APPLICATION

1. All surfaces must be clean, dry free from dust, grease, wax, oil, laitance, 
    curing compounds and all other contaminants likely to affect adhesion.

2. Winshield is packed ready for use in single component. Empty liquid 

    component in clean mixing container, and slow speed (400-700 rpm) 

    electric drill with a suitable paddle around 1 min. Small amounts may 

    be hand-mixed separately.

3. Apply using a wide nylon brush, sheepskin disposable rollers or airless spray.

4. The product must not be applied in wet or freezing conditions or if these
    conditions are likely to occur before the coating has dried. The product is always

    applied in 2 equal coats, allowing the first coat to dry fully before the second coat
    is applied. Normal recoat time is 20mins.

5. Clean tools using water while the product is still wet.

    To make sure coating in good performance, Surface Temperature below 300C.

● Do not corrode glass, plastic or equipment.

● Minimize subjects cleaning.

● Cost effective.

● Apply on plywood, timber, steel, glass and plastic faced.

● Non-staining, Non toxic, non hazardous.

● Water-based and environmentally compatible.

The protective coating shall complied with

Abrasion Resistance (ASTM D4060-14),

Fire Test (BS 476) part 5: 1979,

VOC Test Report (USEPA Method 24) with LEED standard

UV Resistance (ASTM G53-88/96 & ASTM G154-06)
