Product Information
Recondenser is the cryogenic pressure vessel of stainless steel construction to be installed between the LNG low pressure pump and the high pressure pump with the main function of recondensation of boil-off gas generated from LNG storage tank in LNG terminal or FSRU. Recondenser serves also buffering ong suction side of booster pump.
Typically, ASME Ⅷ, Div.1 applies for recondenser design and if supplied to FSRU, the requirements of the Classification Society are to be in addition met, taking into account marine environments.
