Instant cement as material for leveling concrete floor which required high flatness 

level. With base elements of cement, selected sand, filler and additive all of which homogenously mixed.

APPLICATION

CA-010 is used as a floor screed material surface that can’t be exposed and should be

covered with floor material, such as: ceramic, granite, carpet, parquet and other

materials.

 Working equipment: spike roller, trowel, paddle, drill mixer, continuous mixer

 Preparation

MIXING

MANUAL

1. Pour 5.0 -5.5 liter of water for one 25-kg bag of CA-010.

2. Pour the dry mixture of CA-010 into mixing cart.

3. Mix the batter evenly with paddle drill mixer

CONTINOUS MIXER

1. Prepare the continuous mixer on the working spot

2. Arrange the use of water until it was obtained measure that wanted. 

    (5.0 – 5.5 liter)/25kg

3. Pour the mixture by using hose.

APPLICATION

1. Apply CA-010 as primary by using a brush and roll the paint on the 

    surface of the floor that has been clean from the waste.

2. Wait for a moment until primary in the half dry condition

3. If the surface had a substrate porous, primary should be done in three times.

4. Pour the CA-010 mixture on the floor surface that already primer evenly.

5. Use spike roller to blotting out the air in CA-010 mixture.

PACKING

CA-010 is 25 kg of paper bag (sack)

STORAGE

Store in room and keep it dry. Avoid excessive stacking, maximum 8 stacks for each pallet (maximum stack of pallet = 2).
