DESCRIPTION

CC-102 Concrete Hardener is a clear high performance waterborne liquid which being

applied to the floor and absorbed into the concrete pores and reacts with the calcium salts effectively making the concrete surface denser and considerably less porous.

APPLICATIONS

Suitable for improving the quality of concrete floors in factories, warehouse and any other area where hard non-dusting floors are important.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Surfaces should not have had previous treatments. They should be firm and free from oil,dirt, dust etc. Weak spots should be cut out and filled with CEMCRETE’S FLOOR

PATCHING. All surfaces to be dry at time of application.

MIXING AND APPLICATION

Shake or roll drum to thoroughly mix contents. Apply HARDENER to the dry surface using a soft household broom or paint roller. Application should be liberal but it is advisable to brush away unabsorbed pools immediately to avoid the HARDENER forming glassy layers. Allow one day between coats. Two coats are usually sufficient, but a third might be required if the concrete is very porous.
