Product Information
ACRYCOTE® AOI-1055K is 1-component polysiloxane-structured ceramic coating exhibiting surface quality of water resistance, 1,200℃ heat resistance, and high hardness on various substrates such as metals and plastics (PC, PP, ABS, etc.). Its surface can be maximally enhanced in terms of antibacterial, UV resistance, non-stick, and anionic properties.
ACRYCOTE® AOI-1055K exhibits excellent pollution resistance, pencil hardness of 8H or over. It is applicable on substrates such as metals and plastics, cured at ambient temperature for 5 hrs for early-performing surface, for 24 hrs for full-performing surface (curing at approx. 80℃ for 1-2 hrs for full-performing surface). Any of roll, spray, or spin coating method is used.
ACRYCOTE® AOI-1083R is 1-component ceramic coating exhibiting surface quality of UV/water resistance, 1,200℃ heat resistance, high hardness, and no-crack-observed flexibility needed for sharp-bent edge/surface. Its silicone hybrid inorganic transparent film with thickness of 5μm provides excellent adhesion and wear resistance.
ACRYCOTE® AOI-1083R exhibits excellent water resistance and high flexibility for sharp-bent edge/surface, pencil hardness of 9H or over. It is applicable on substrates such as aluminum alloy, SUS(stainless steel), galvanized steel, mock marble (scagliola), and wood. It is cured at ambient temperature for 5 hrs for early-performing surface, for 24 hrs for full-performing surface (cured at approx. 80℃ for 1-2 hrs for full-performing surface). Any of roll, spray, or spin coating method is used.
