Solubility: Dissolved in water, methyl alcohol and acetone, slightly soluble in ethyl acetate and tetrahydrofuran and insoluble in petroleum ether and toluene.

Stability and reactivity: Stable at normal temperature and pressure conditions. It will burn when meeting with any strong oxidant.

2. Application: Ammonium nitrate dedicated bonding agent. The hydroxyl of the molecular structure enters the crosslinking network through bonding in chemical with HTPB, and physical absorption has happened between much nitrile groups and ammonium nitrate oxidant. Ammonium nitrate or modified for HTPB solid propellant has been used to improve the mechanical property. It has been also used to be the bonding agent to improve the mechanical property for HTPB and AP solid propellant.

4. Storage and transportation: Stored in a cool, ventilated place. Keep sealed. The shelf life is 12 months after manufacturer date. Avoid water and exposure during transportation.
