A Brief Note on “GREEN ROOF” Sheets

Green Roof Sheet is a composition of All Types of Tetra Pack material. The sheets offer a host of structural and technical benefits over other similar products. The Green Roof Plain sheets can be used for Partitions, Site Office, Sheets can be molded to make garden benches and the Green Roof Corrugated sheets are commonly used for rooftops and fencing. The silent features are:

1)  The Green Roof Sheet is 100% ECO - FRIENDLY & made out of RECYCLED Tetra Pack Waste material.

2)  The sheets are VERY TOUGH their by increasing the life.

3)   Green Roof sheets are 100% WATER PROOF. Green Roof sheets are also ANTI FUNGUS under extreme weather condition. This property makes it look as good as new and saves cost on painting.

4)  Green Roof Sheets on one side is coated with Aluminum Foil there by reflecting the heat this inturn results into keeping the surface cooler and helps in saving cost of electricity.

5)   Green Roof sheets are best suited for temporary and permanent structures during summer because of its reflective property. The room is cooler by about 25% compared to conventional roofing systems. It REDUCES HEAT BY ABOUT 5-9 DEGREE CELSIUS.

6)  The Green Roof sheets because of its high flexion resistance, adjusts to the changes in weather condition and are therefore CRACK FREE.

7)   Conventional fibrocement sheets absorb water during monsoon and the weight increases by almost 30%, where as Green Roof sheets have ZERO WATER ABSORPTION so maintains the same weight.

8)   Due to lightness of the product and zero water absorption property the product proves to be economical in long run as INVESTMENT IN STRUCTURAL FABRICATION GETS REDUCED BY ALMOST 35-40%. The weight of Green Roof Corrugated sheet is 18/KGS, while that of asbestos sheet is 34/Kgs.

9)  During monsoon the rattling sound due to rain fall on Green Roof is hardly 5-10% as compared to the cement sheets and metal sheets.

10) The size of Corrugated Green Roof is 10' X 3.3”-- 6mm thick & The Plain Sheet is of 8' X 4' --4 mm & 6mm in thickness.
