Granja Tres Arroyos has developed programs of excellence in biosecurity. The Argentine chicken breeding process takes place in ecologically controlled farms located in areas especially suitable for poultry farming. The development of the plants is genetically monitored and enhanced through a food formulation based on corn and soybeans, with vitamins, minerals and all the natural ingredients suitable for a balanced diet. Granja Tres Arroyos is operationally enabled by the National Animal Health Service (SE.NA.SA.), the Argentine government agency in charge of overseeing compliance with the country's sanitary regulations. The company has two own laboratories. One in the town of Concepción del Uruguay and the other in Capilla del Señor. In these laboratories reception analyzes are carried out on raw materials (cereals) and all product samples (whole chickens, cuttings, by-products, etc.), water, hand swabs and swabs and surface plates, which are made in the slaughter plants. With this sampling system, the development and health of the slaughter plant is evaluated. Each production sector performs the control records that are requested, with respect to the process and the monitoring of the product in the different stages. With these records you can follow the traceability of the product.
