AQUEOUS PU dispersion (PUD) FOR METAL TOP COATING
Water-base PU dispersion, is 100% solvent free and low VOCs, be safer to health and environmental protection.Particularly formulated for galvanized steel or other metal materials’ top or clear coating purpose in thin film (10-5μm)
※Characteristic
1. Has an excellent hardness (3H~4H) and
durability under impact.
2. Excellent adhesion to metal.
3. Excellent chemical resistance and
salt spray resistance.
4. Good impact resistance to abrasion
and scratch resistance.
5. This resin is not suitable for thick coating；its DFT is about
5~10μm .
6. Additional cross-linking agent can
be added to achieve better performance.
