MACHINES FOR AUTOMATIC PRODUCTION OF

ALCOHOL SWAB IN 4 SIDES SEALED SACHET

Purpose of Machine

This machine can produce alcohol swab in a 4 sides sealed sachet. Swab size can be 30mm x 30mm or 40mm x 40mm as per customer’s requirement.

Raw Materials

In order to make alcohol swabs in 30mm x 30mm, folded (Folding of swab: C-type), nonwoven swabs are made of 100% cotton, 100% rayon or any desired combination of cotton and rayon at 60~100gsm in 240mm or 520mm wide for 8 lanes. The paper/AL film is in 820mm wide for 8 lanes.

Production Capacity

50cycles x 8 packs per minute (Dry speed line: up to 100cycles/min.)

The machines are equipped with 12 axis OMRON servo system and precisely programmed

PLC for stable operation. Due to the TexKor’s own production experience of finished

products and manufacturing know-how of the machines for many years, we could develop

the advanced machines which would increase the users’ convenience more at higher

production efficiency.

Purpose of Machine

This machine can produce alcohol swab in a 4 sides sealed sachet. The machines can be mainly designed for the following sizes of Swab as per customer’s requirement.

Packaging Film for Sachet

The paper/AL film, sealable at 73 or 83GSM is used.
