Glucose syrup is produced from corn starch by decomposition of the
polysaccharide by enzymatic hydrolysis method using different enzymes to
achieve the appropriate carbohydrate content. The syrup is put to purification
by activated carbon and ion-exchange processes and is concentrated afterwards. Glucose
syrups have low viscosity and colorless in comparison with the syrup produced
by the acidic hydrolysis, and do not contain artificial or synthetic substances
as well as food additives.
Non-gmo product status is
regularly confirmed by independent certified laboratory. Product quality and
safety are permanently supervised according to the advanced Quality Assurance
System FSSC2200 (GFSI).
