I am sales manager on behalf of sales department.

In short, KOMAX was created by Korean government to export used machinery from Korea.

Currently, I am building up to sell used computer.

I would like to introduce our used computer from Korea at the moment. 

Are you interested in purchasing used laptop from South Korea???

Frankly speaking, Korean user is not using so may hours in their own custom.

We have over 100,000 units for used laptop which was used under 3 years.

Mainly we have SAMSUNG, LG. Some units are HP, Lenovo.

1) Possibility to import used laptop into Vietnam

As you can imagine, some countrys are not allowed to import used laptop depending on year of manufacture.

For example, in Vietnam, there is no possibility to import used laptop or desktop before 10 years ago manufactured officially.

But I am not sure how law is in there to do custom clearance.

Please kindly make sure and advise me Vietnamese law to do regarding used laptop.

2) Specification and Manufacturer

To be honest, our all stocks is from huge rental company currently. So, it has been focused on observaring to prevent malfunction with big deal.

In addition, a lot of type's of model and manufacturer who offered our stocks such as SAMSUNG, LG, APPLE, HP, Lenovo.

We have over 100,000 units for used laptop including using them. All the time we prepare to sell 200 units in our warehouse.

If required to gather over them, some time is needed to gather.

Our model is under using 3 years only. Quite clear and newly released.

Could you please kindly let me have your required or interested model's spec?

3) Special thing to understand

As you know, our computer was used from South Korea. So, keyboard was set to use Korean words with English as picture.

Also, OS,Windows system was set by Korean words as well. Surely, it can be set for using English.
