About Us: Pariz Nuts is a family business which has been involved in growing nuts for more than 3 generations. Our Headquarter is located in Sirjan, a town at southeast of Iran. Company own gardens of Pistachio and Almond  which located in Pariz and Sirjan in Kerman province . We do all process from Planting, growing, harvesting, packaging and exporting of our products. This ability has helped us to shape our business into a farm direct marketplace for our customers. We also have close relation to grower of fig in Estahban area with a distance of 1.5 hours and also Piarom and Mazafati Dates with same distance. In fact the geographical location of our company contributed to have direct access to growers of all these products. As a professional company in these products, we supply products with the best quality and competitive price. We have our professional workers and experienced team to promise the quality and delivery date. The main destination of our products is Japan.

Regular Pistachio Kernel:

Pistachio kernels normally come from two types of pistachios, closed shells pistachios and open shell pistachios, and kernels can be from any type of pistachios. We at Pariz nuts have facility and ability to offer both types in best quality.

 Open shell pistachio kernels are rich in color and size. This type of Iranian pistachio kernels are taken from open shell pistachios, which are cracked by hand. This type is suitable for confectionaries particularly where pistachios will be used as it is without blending or making it to powder, for instance Baklava or Turkish delights. 

 Closed shell pistachios transfer to cracking factory in order to get cracked and extract kernels. The whole procedure is fully automat.  it is more reasonable and more affordable in price. This type of pistachio kernel suits for confectionaries or cooking then the kernels need to be blend or make powder of it.

Kal Pistachio Kernel:

 This type of pistachio kernel is normally harvested one month earlier (in July and August) before it becomes completely ripe. There are 4 categories of Kal Pistachio Kernel:

Superior grade: 90% of the total quantity is green 

Grade  1: 80% of the total quantity is green 

Grade  2: 70 % of the total quantity is green 

Grade  3: 60% of the total quantity is green 

Green Peeled Kernel:

This is peeled Kal pistachio kernel (unripe pistachio). Its vivid green color is due to the early harvest. Green Peeled kernel is known as the most premium and expensive sort among all types of kernels. It is often used as a luxurious ingredient in various industries such as : pastries, chocolate, ice cream, sausages and ham.
