“SIBERIA” Company manufactures dry and dense extracts of different kinds of raw materials, growing on Altai and West Siberia Territories: medicinal plant raw materials, fruit and vegetable raw materials. Dense and dry extracts are declared as food raw materials and used in different fields of food-manufacturing industry for finished-product output.

Harvesting and cultivation of raw materials, production of extracts are carried out in an ecologically clean place. The significant part of the raw materials is processed fresh as the natural complex of biologically active substances is fully extracted.

Raw materials processing at the site of its cultivation and near the sites of harvesting of wild plants allows controlling quality of raw materials and achieving high quality of concentrated extracts and juices.

The enterprise established technology of water extraction of more than 200 kinds of plant raw materials. Modular production allows changing over from processing of one type of raw materials to another, to process small quantity of raw materials.

Flexible change of processing methods and their continuous improvement allows to offer competitive prices for quality products to the market.

Extracts and juices of the plant raw materials concentrate in vacuum pans at the temperature under 50ºС until nonvolatile content 50-70%. Dry extracts are manufactured by dehydration of dense extracts in sublimation driers.

At the present time, “Siberia” LLC manages a number of unique technology of biologically active substance extract from different kinds of plant (grass, roots, barks, leafs, vegetables) and organo-mineral raw materials with subsequent production of the substances.

Fruit and berry extracts are produced from haws, red berries, snowballs, cranberries, sea buckthorn berries, red ashberries, chokeberries, pears, apples cultivated in our own gardens.
