CNC Router 1530 is a usual model which is designed to suit for 5×10 feet size sheet material working. It is mainly used for panel furniture and wood door carving or routing. The table of this wood door carving machine is an ideal design which combines vacuum-sorb table and T-slot clamp table together. Compared with tradition vacuum table, this one gets more capacity on fix materials by vacuum and by clamp especially when you fix a small piece block.

Features

1) Ideal design on table which gives more possibility on work piece fix. It gives two choice on fix type, vac-sorb and clamp. 
2) Frame of CNC router 1530 is welded with thick wall steel tube; processed vibrating stress relief (VSR) to reduce residual stress; and it is supported by 6 legs with adjustable leveling feet.
3) The X and Y axis transmission is by rack and pinion, which is hardened for extremly
long life and ground for a very good accuracy; The Z axis transmission is driven by a hardened
rolling antibacklash ball screw.
4) Each axis of motion is supported on high precision linear guide ways. Hiwin linear guides
allow for higher feed speeds and a better finish of cut. 
5) The Y-axis uses a dual drive, one drive motor for each side of the gantry.
6) Software suitable for 1530 wood router: CAD/CAM designing software e.g. Type 3/Artcam/UcanCAM etc.
7) All the linear guides are centrally lubricated from a central system.
