Main Features
1) Fast and precise with servo motors & planetary drive, quiet operation. This is a closed loop servo driven system. It is an AC drive which is a higher performing and zero maintenance system. Further the motors are very smooth running and have very good acceleration and deceleration charactics. 
2) The beam is welded with 300*400mm big square tubes, the thickness of beam and support legs are 10mm, with 32mm ribs in them to stiffen the assembly and reduce vibration. All the design makes sure the rigidity of whole machine. The gross weight more than 6500kgs.
3) High tempering treatment to eliminate the effect, reduce resonance and trembling, to make sure the machine will not be deformed and has a long service life.
4) The Z-axis has a dual pneumatic counter-balance cylinder to allow very fast and accurate Z-axis positioning. 
5) Adjustable foot under the work table and legs to make sure the table don't subsidence uneven when the table very big.
6) Auto oil lubrication system and big power water chiller to cool the spindle automatically, make sure the operation and maintenance more easy.
