Product Information

Carbon fiber (abbr. CF) tube/pipe,also called as carbon tube, is made from CF composite material after presoaked into styryl polyester resin, heated, solidified, pulled, extruded and rolled. The CF composite could be made to various kinds of products based on different dies. For instance, CF round tubes of different specifications, CF square tubes of different specifications CF sheet of different specifications and other profiles. The appearance could be beautified by covering with 3K wave or others in production process.

Features of CF tube

1. High tensile strength

The tensile strength of CF could reach over 3000mpa, 6-12 times that of steel

2. Low density & light weight. The density of CF is less than that of 1/4 of steel.

Application: the CF tube is widely applied in mechanical equipment, such as kite, model plane, lamp holder, PC equipment rotating shaft, etching machine, medical device, sports equipment and so on.

Performances of CF products: dimensional stability, conductivity, thermal conductivity, small thermal expansion coefficient, self-lubricating, energy absorption, shock resistance, high specific modulus, fatigue resistance, creep resistance, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and so on. 

We mainly produce large-size CF tubes, which is applied to exhaust pipe, telescope pipe, marine test pipe and so on. The pipes are of high dimensional precision, good appearance, etc.
