-Muffin, Brownie,  Pound cake, Pancake, Sponge cake, Cheese cake, Lemon cheese cake etc. 

*Baking instruction (Brownie)*

STEP 1 : Prepare materials

STEP 2 : Make paste 

Put brownie mix(275g), chocolate(45g) and water(80ml) in the bowl and stir well.

*According to the quantity of Chocolate you can control the sweetness.

STEP 3 : heat the brownie 

Place the paste in the container.

Heat the brownie in the microwave (600w 4minutes, 700w 3 minute 50 seconds, 900w 3 minute 30 seconds)

Cool down the brownie in the microwave for 1minute.

*Check it with toothpick or chopstick. If there is no paste on it, it is done.

STEP 4 : Cool down 

Cool down the brownie at the room temperature for 5minutes and cut it square. 

*Baking instruction (pound cake)* 

STEP 1 : Prepare materials

Before cooking, leave an egg at room temperature for 30 minute.

Soften the butter in a (microwave)oven.

Place the parchment paper on the pound pan.

And preheat the oven to 180℃

STEP 2 : Make paste 

Put 2eggs and milk(40ml) in the bowl and stir well.

Add the pound cake mix and stir for 2~3minute.

Add drawn butter or vegetable oil(70g) and stir it.

*Using hand mixer is more convenient 

STEP 3 : Put into pound pan 

Put the paste until two third of pound pan.

* Recommend using mini pound cake frame (W)17cm x (H)9cm x (D)6.5cm

STEP 4 : Bake in oven 

Bake it in a preheated oven for 35~45 minute until the color changes into brown.

*Check it with toothpick or chopstick. If there is no paste on it, it is done.
