VINAWOOD Film Faced Plywood is water boiling proof, which made the products sturdy and able to be reused up to 20 times if cleaned and stored in a recommended setting.

PRODUCTION HIGHLIGHTS
HOT PRESSING:Hot Pressing permanently cures WBP Glue to solidify product structure.
CORE: Core of Film Faced Plywood is made of 100% Tropical Hardwood with density of about 630 kg/CBM.
SANDING, CUTTING, AND FILMING: After product surface is sanded, plywood is trimmed to specific dimensions. Then Plywood is laminated with Phenolic Film Layer to resist moisture and maintain high- quality flat concrete surface.
CALIBRATED MACHINERY: Our machine is controlled and calibrated every production shift to ensure most strict quality requirements.
PACKING AND SHIPPING
VINAWOOD Film Faced Plywood is packed and shipped with seaworthy packaging of carton and pallets. One 40FT container usually holds about 16 pallets of products, ensuring product quality and ease of unloading.
