Leading Tech was founded in 2012, with a floor area of 250 hectares, and registered capital of 60 million yuan. Our company located in Jiangsu Rugao, which is in Yangtze River delta region-Shanghai-Nanjing economic belt, and is one of the four worldwide towns of longevity. We specialize in the R&D of high thermal conductivity AlN substrate and its metallization, electronic components and oxygen sensors for motorcycles and automobiles. Advanced ceramic is our dominant product, which finds applications in many industries, such as power semiconductor modules, solid state relay, high frequency power switch, electronic heater, automotive electronic, photovoltaic solar cell components and high brightness LED.
