Description
Frozen Artichoke in Halves are prepared from safe and fresh artichoke. The edible portions of the artichoke buds consist primarily of the fleshy lower portions of the involucral bracts and the base, known as the "heart". Through washing, peeling, sorting, cutting, blanching, and are freezing in accordance with good manufacturing procedure (GMP) and HACCP, ISO, HALAL, BRC system, packaging and storage under conditions of stringent hygiene.
